Carving to good music?  It doesn't get much better than that!

Around the time I started carving, I also began playing the guitar.  I wrote my first song when I was fourteen years old. My brother, Gerald, and I made an album of my songs when I was seventeen.  Four years later, I made a second album of more of my songs.

The buttons, below, will take you to a sampling of my music.

A song I wrote soon after my dad passed away ; being played at a family reunion in 2009 . . . . . .
My brother, my two sisters and I singing a favorite song at a family reunion in 2009 . . . . . . .
Songs I've recently written; performed by my family and I.

My day often starts by standing with my back to the warm, wood stove, playing an old, $20, yard sale, nylon-stringed guitar.  No audience.  No trial run.  Plenty of mistakes, but lots of fun.
