#2268 COMMON LOON
This is a realistically carved and painted Pocketknife carving of the Common Loon - one of the best-loved symbols of the North Country.
This solid basswood carving was made entirely by hand with a Buck 307 jackknife and a Warren knife. Every spot was meticulously hand-painted to closely replicate the beautiful pattern on this bird.
Approximately 10" long, it is signed and dated, on the underside, by the artist.
